FRO – Increase in share capital

Reference is made to the announcement by Frontline Ltd. (“Frontline” or the “Company”) of the Company’s entry into an Equity Distribution Agreement on June 3, 2020.

Frontline has issued 5,499,658 ordinary shares pursuant to the Equity Distribution Agreement during the month of October 2021. Following such issuance, Frontline has an issued share capital of USD 203,530,979 divided into 203,530,979 ordinary shares.
