Reference is made to the announcement by Frontline Ltd. (“Frontline” or the “Company”) of the Company’s grant of share options to members of the Board of Directors and management on July 06, 2016 and the Mandatory Notification of Trade on December 09, 2019. In this connection, Frontline has issued 798,000 ordinary shares on January 03, 2020. Following such issuance, Frontline has an issued share capital of USD 197,692,321 divided into 197,692,321 ordinary shares.
