Urion Holdings (Malta) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trafigura Group Pte. Ltd. (“Trafigura”) has on 7 February 2020, bought 300,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. (“Frontline”).
Following the transaction, Trafigura and its subsidiaries holds 9,967,354 shares, corresponding to 5.04% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in Frontline.
