for the benefit of his immediate family, owns

26,304,053 shares in Frontline Ltd. As a

consequence of new shares issued by Frontline Ltd.

under their equity distribution program, Hemen

Holding Limited's ownership in Frontline Ltd. has

been reduced to 19.1%.
