controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen

for the benefit of his immediate family, owns

26,304,053 shares in Frontline Ltd. (NYSE/OSE: FRO).

As a consequence of new shares issued by Frontline

Ltd., Hemen Holding Limited's ownership in Frontline

Ltd. has been reduced to 13.3% (based on 198,375,854

shares outstanding in Frontline Ltd.).
