JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. ("JPMAMHI")

has decreased its total holding in the share capital

of Frontline Ltd. This is a result of its

subsidiaries J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.

decreasing its holdings by 590,134 ordinary shares

and JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited decreasing

its holdings by 1,010,657 ordinary shares on 27

January 2014. Following the decrase, the total number

of shares held by JPMAMHI decreased to 3,040,269

being 3.514% of the issued share capital and voting

rights of the company. The threshold crossed on 27

January 2014 was 5 %.
