Ola Lorentzon, Chairman of Frontline plc (“Frontline” or the “Company”), has on January 18th, 2024, exercised 18,000 synthetic options in Frontline under its share option scheme approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on December 7, 2021. The exercise price is NOK 44,21, adjusted from NOK 76 due to $3.02 dividend paid per share since the options were granted.
