Lars H. Barstad, CEO of Frontline Management AS, has settled a TRS agreement (Total Return Swap) underlying 80,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") expiring October 11th, 2022. Mr. Barstad has subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement with exposure to the same number of underlying shares in Frontline with expiry date January 11th, 2023, and TRS price NOK 114,41501 per underlying share.
