5'615'741 shares are held directly by UBS AG, a subsidiary of UBS Group AG. 3'386'104 shares are held indirectly by UBS AG through UBS Asset Management (UK) Limited (82'889), UBS Securities LLC (116'942), UBS Switzerland AG (3'129'672) and UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG (56'601). Additionally, 1'304'049 swaps on baskets and 9'121 warrants are held directly by UBS AG, a subsidiary of UBS Group AG.
