Inger M. Klemp, CFO of Frontline Management AS, has settled a TRS agreement (Total Return Swap) underlying 120,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") expiring March 6th 2020. Ms Klemp has subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement with exposure to the same number of underlying shares in Frontline with expiry date December 4th 2020 and TRS price NOK 64.60524 per underlying share. In addition, Ms Klemp owns 180,000 shares in Frontline, and holds options to acquire 120,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed.
