Inger M. Klemp, CFO of Frontline Management AS, has settled a TRS agreement (Total Return Swap) underlying 120,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") expiring December 4th 2020. Ms Klemp has subsequently entered into a new TRS agreement with exposure to the same number of underlying shares in Frontline with expiry date March 4th 2021 and TRS price NOK 59.611325 per underlying share. In addition, Ms Klemp owns 180,000 shares in Frontline, and holds options to acquire 120,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed.
