Robert Hvide Macleod, CEO of Frontline Management AS, has on 9 December 2019 declared 798,000 options to acquire 798,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline")as per the terms disclosed on 6 July 2016. The exercise price is $7.30 per share, after adjusting for dividends. Following this purchase, Mr Macleod owns 1,000,000 shares in Frontline and does presently not hold options to acquire further shares in Frontline.
