Inger M. Klemp, CFO of Frontline Management AS, has on 19 November 2018 entered into TRS agreements with exposure to 120,000 shares in Frontline Ltd. ("Frontline") with expiry date 8 March 2019 and TRS price NOK 55.5053 per underlying share. In addition, Ms Klemp owns 180,000 shares in Frontline, and holds options to acquire 120,000 shares in Frontline, as previously disclosed.
