Information

FREY announces the buy back and cancellation of 102 358 Bonds (OPIRNANE - émission obligataire à performance immobilière), representing approximately 6,3% of the outstanding bonds before cancellation.

As a reminder, the issuance of OPIRNANES was carried out in 2 tranches in 2012 for a total amount of €30.0 million (see the securities notes that received AMF approvals n° 12-526 dated 30 October 2012 and n°12-589 dated 5 December 2012).

Bonds have been bought at €25.50 each.

Remaining number of Bonds owned in the market is 1 519 333 (with a nominal value of €18.50 each), for a total nominal value of €28.1 million.
