Notice of the 2021 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (Summary)

Time: 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 23, 2021

Venue: 5F, Convention Center at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel

B. The major items of the proposals for the distribution of 2020 profits adopted at the meeting of the Board of Directors are as follows:

• I. Cash dividends to Common Shareholders: Totaling NT$15,277,777,874. Each Common Shareholder will be entitled to receive a Cash Dividend of NT$2.4 per share

• II. Employees' Cash Profit Sharing: Totaling NT$30,211,400 Directors’ Compensation: Totaling NT$0

C. Precautionary measures:

• I. Shareholders are advised during this period of the COVID-19 pandemic to use the Shareholder E-Voting system to exercise their voting rights. If a shareholder intends to attend the shareholders’ meeting in person, he/she should wear a mask and comply with body temperature measurement at the venue. Any shareholder who does not wear a mask or whose body temperature is measured twice in a row and found to have a forehead temperature reaches 37.5°C or an inner ear temperature reaches 38°C will be prohibited from entering the venue.

• II. If the Company finds need to change the meeting venue of the shareholders’ meeting in response to the pandemic, such material information will be announced on the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).
