Disclosure of significant change in voting rights
Athens, Greece – March 24, 2026 – FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A. (Bloomberg: FOYRK:GA - Reuters: FRLr.AT - ISIN: GRS096003009), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from QUEST HOLDINGS S.A. on March 24th 2026, announces that, as a result of an acquisition of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights held directly and indirectly (through its 100% indirect subsidiary iQbility) by QUEST HOLDINGS S.A., increased above the 10% threshold on March 24th 2026. Specifically, the percentage reached 10.53% (10.34% directly and 0.19% indirectly), corresponding to 5,464,831 voting rights, compared to the previously disclosed percentage of 5.05% on February 20th 2026.
