Announcement according to L. 3556/2007 Disclosure of significant change in voting rights

Athens, Greece – February 20, 2026 –FOURLIS HOLDINGS S.A. (Bloomberg: FOYRK:GA – Reuters: FRLr.AT - ISIN: GRS096003009), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a notification received from QUEST HOLDINGS S.A. on February 20^th 2026, announces that, as a result of an acquisition of voting rights, the total percentage of voting rights held directly and indirectly (through its 100% indirect subsidiary iQbility) by QUEST HOLDINGS S.A., increased above the 5% threshold on February 20^th 2026. Specifically, the percentage reached 5.05% (4.86% directly and 0.19% indirectly), corresponding to 2,621,181 voting rights.
