The Company has been informed that Syntegra Capital Fund I, Electra Investissements FCPR, Quaeroq and Banque Degroof, representing together more than 50 % of the share capital of the Company, have mandated a merger bank in order to identify an investor interested in taking over their participations. The Company will keep the market informed about the evolution of this project as far as she be informed herself.
