The Company announced that it has completed the initial closing of a brokered private placement of 6,687,000 units (the "LIFE Units"), at a price of $0.50 per LIFE Unit for total gross proceeds of $3,343,500.00. All 6,687,000 of the Units were offered pursuant to the listed issuer financing exemption.
