Zarząd spółki FON SE z siedzibą w Tallinnie informuje, że w dniu 10.11.2020 roku właściwy dla prawa Estonii rejestr spółek handlowych (Ariregister) dokonał rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki stosownie do Uchwały nr 2 Nadzwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy z dnia 8.10.2020 roku.

W związku z niniejszym aktualne brzmienie punktu 4.8 Statutu Spółki jest następujące:

"4.8 Akcjonariusze nie mogą głosować przed walnym zgromadzeniem zgodnie z § 2982 Kodeksu spółek handlowych."

W załączeniu do niniejszego raportu Emitent przekazuje aktualne brzmienie Statutu Spółki w polskiej, angielskiej oraz estońskiej wersji językowej.

The Management Board of FON SE with its registered office in Tallinn informs that on 10/11/2020 the register of commercial companies (Ariregister) relevant to the law of Estonia registered changes in the Articles of Association of the Company in accordance with Resolution No. 2 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 8/10/2020.

As a result of this, the current wording of point 4.8 of the Company's Articles of Association is as follows:

"4.8 The shareholders may not vote prior to the general meeting as per § 2982 of the Commercial Code."
