106年第2季營收25.9億元，較上季增加20%，但是較去年同期減少 12%，主要是受到新世代手機屏幕比例18:9面板窄邊框設計導入的影 響。此一設計改變延後新世代智慧型手機產品的推出時程，也因此延 緩敦泰電子IDC產品的出貨動能。

新世代手機屏幕比例設計改變，主要影響中高階智慧型手機的市場。 並影響敦泰電子106年第2季產品組合，導致毛利率滑落至20.5%，腳 上季減少2.5%。惟較去年同期，毛利率持續改善。

106年第2季淨利為3仟1佰萬元，與前一季相比有顯著改善。儘管106 年上半年度營收對比去年同期減少10%，但獲利仍維持正向趨勢。 106年上半年度淨利2仟3佰萬元，而105年上半年度損失2仟8佰萬。

106年上半年度營業毛利及淨利，對比去年度皆有大幅進步。這是由於 生產效率、成本控制的持續改善，讓106年上半年度毛利率增長至 。

第3季是傳統旺季，預期今年中低階手機市場將維持相同態勢。 然而受到新世代手機屏幕比例18:9面板窄邊框設計導入的影響， 中高階手機市場回復出貨動能的時間還無法確定。OLED and LCD in-cell modules 將是未來市場熱點。

針對中高階手機市場，敦泰電子預期full in-cell IDC 產品將有顯著 成長。106年下半年度手機市場對於LTPS and α-Si in-cell panels都 會有強烈需求。但在成本優勢考量下，α-Si HD in-cell modules 出 。
