Flowtech Fluidpower plc, announces that it has been notified that Jamie Brooke, Non-Executive Director, and Ailsa Webb, Non-Executive Director, have purchased ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Jamie Brooke purchased a total of 15,000 Ordinary Shares on 12 May 2022 at an average price of 120.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, Mr. Brooke is interested in an aggregate of 95,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
Ailsa Webb purchased in aggregate 40,121 Ordinary Shares between 16 and 17 May 2022 at a volume weighted average price of 124.6 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transactions, Mrs Webb is interested in an aggregate of 40,121 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
