Flowtech announces that it has been notified that Jamie Brooke, Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 80,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 March 2022 at an average price of 129.65 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Brooke is interested in an aggregate of 80,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.13% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
