Flowtech Fluidpower plc, the UK's leading specialist supplier of technical fluid power products, announces that it has been notified that Bill Wilson, Non-Executive Director of Flowtech, has purhcased a total of 16,870 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 August 2019 at a price of 118.9p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Wilson has an interest in 40,895 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
