On 03 July 2019 Bryce Brooks sold 45,160 ordinary shares of 50p each ("Ordinary Shares") for cash to his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at a price of 123.0p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Brooks' beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged. |
