London: Tuesday, 24 July 2018:  AIM listed specialist technical fluid power products supplier Flowtech Fluidpower plc (LSE: AiM: symbol: FLO) announces that it has received notification of the following dealing by Bryce Brooks, Chief Financial Officer. On 23 July 2018 Bryce Brooks sold 125,000 Shares for cash to his Self-Invested Personal Pension Plan ("SIPP") at 172.5p. Following completion of this transaction, Mr Brooks remains to be beneficially interested in 299,160 shares, representing 0.5% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
