Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 Disclosure, the Company has been informed that Non-Executive Chairman, Malcolm Diamond MBE, will be appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director at Acal plc. ("Acal").  The appointment is effective from 1 November 2015.

Acal, listed on the London Stock Exchange (Premium Listing; Symbol: ACL), is a leading supplier of customised electronics to industry.  It designs, manufactures and distributes customer-specific electronic products and solutions to 25,000 industrial manufacturers.
