Annual General Meeting
Flowtech Fluidpower PLC (AIM.FLO) is pleased to announce that at today's Annual General Meeting, all resolutions were duly passed.
The final dividend of 3.33p per share payable will be paid on 24 June 2015 to ordinary shareholders registered on 5 June 2015. This, together with the interim dividend of 1.67p, paid in October 2014, brings the total for the year to 5.00p.
