RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) advises that 4,616,177 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from a 12-month voluntary escrow on 2 June 2023.
The escrowed shares were issued to eligible employees in accordance with the Company’s Incentive Plan, as previously announced to the ASX on 2 June 2022.
These shares are already quoted on the ASX.
