FLEXIROAM SECURES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH DIALOG GROUP SUBSIDIARY TO SUPPORT CONNECTIVITY FOR MALAYSIA’S NATIONAL WELFARE PROGRAMS SERVING ~8.1 MILLION RECIPIENTS

Key Highlights

  • Strategic Enterprise Win: FlexiRoam has executed a Commercial Agreement with DIV Services Sdn Bhd , a subsidiary of DIALOG Group Berhad (Bursa Malaysia: DIALOG; stock code: 7277) (a leading integrated technical service provider listed on Bursa Malaysia with a market capitalisation of approximately A$3.5 billion[1] ).

  • Mission-Critical Infrastructure: FlexiRoam will provide connectivity supporting MyKasih , a cashless welfare distribution platform, developed and operated by DIV Services Sdn Bhd in collaboration with the Malaysian government.

  • National Scale: The MyKasih ecosystem supports key government initiatives such as Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) , which in 2026 involves approximately 8.1 million recipients across Malaysia[2] .

  • Platform Alignment: Services will be delivered via FlexiRoam’s AI-assisted connectivity platform , leveraging its centralised fleet management capabilities to streamline the provisioning and monitoring of the Partner's extensive device network.

  • Recurring Revenue with Upside: The deal secures a Minimum Annual Commitment of ~AUD 60,000[1] , providing a guaranteed baseline. The Company expects actual revenue to exceed this minimum as the Partner activates additional terminals to support the rollout of the SARA program.

FlexiRoam Limited (ASX:FRX) (“FlexiRoam” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce it has entered into a commercial agreement (“Agreement”) with DIV Services Sdn Bhd (“Partner”), a subsidiary of DIALOG Group Berhad .

Under the Agreement, FlexiRoam will provide mission-critical multi-network data connectivity for the Partner’s merchant commerce solutions, specifically providing data connectivity for the Mobile Point-of-Sale (mPOS) terminals used within the MyKasih cashless payment ecosystem . MyKasih

supports Malaysia’s targeted welfare distribution, facilitating government aid and cash assistance programs including Sumbangan Asas Rahmah (SARA) .

Strategic Rationale: Powering National Infrastructure

This partnership positions FlexiRoam as a core connectivity enable r of Malaysia’s digital welfare infrastructure. With the SARA Bulanan program expanded to include monthly payments in 2026 to involve approximately 8.1 million recipients nationwide , network reliability is critical to supporting uninterrupted access to essential goods for millions of Malaysians .

By entering into this agreement, FlexiRoam demonstrates its platform’s ability to support national scale , mission-critical deployments in financially sensitive environments where uptime and security are paramount.

Leveraging the AI-Assisted Connectivity Platform

This deployment will be managed via FlexiRoam’s newly launched AI-assisted connectivity platform (announced 17 December 2025). The Partner will leverage the platform’s centralised fleet management capabilities to streamline the provisioning and monitoring of its extensive device network.

As the partnership evolves, this positions the Company to deploy AI capabilities to the Partner’s fleet, potentially enabling:

  • Predictive Maintenance: AI analysis of data usage patterns to predict hardware or network failures before they occur, ensuring uninterrupted service at merchant locations.

  • Automated Fraud Detection: Real-time flagging of anomalous geographic or dataconsumption behaviour in payment terminals to secure welfare funds.

  • Zero-Touch Provisioning: Further automating the onboarding of new merchant terminals via agentic workflows to accelerate network expansion.

  • AI Customer Support Agents: Real-time diagnostics to reduce downtime and operational support costs.

This agreement represents an important step in FlexiRoam’s strategy to evolve from a connectivity provider toward an AI-enabled infrastructure partner , leveraging the Company’s AI-assisted connectivity platform to support large-scale IoT and enterprise deployments.

Commercial Terms & Materiality

The Agreement has an initial term of one (1) year, with automatic annual renewals thereafter.

The Agreement includes a Minimum Annual Commitment of MYR 168,000 (~AUD 60,000[1] ), providing a baseline of guaranteed recurring revenue.

While the minimum guaranteed value is not individually material to FlexiRoam’s total revenue, the Company anticipates that actual revenue generation may exceed this baseline based on the projected terminal fleet required to support the MyKasih program’s 8.1 million SARA recipients.

The Board considers the Agreement strategically material due to the counterparty (DIALOG Group), the scale of the underlying program, and the validation of FlexiRoam’s AI-assisted connectivity platform for critical government-linked infrastructure.

Management Commentary

FlexiRoam CEO and Executive Director, Mr Jefrey Ong, said:

“We are incredibly proud to partner with DIV Services and Dialog Group to support the MyKasih ecosystem. Providing the connectivity layer for a program that serves millions of Malaysians via initiatives like SARA is a significant responsibility and a powerful endorsement of our network’s reliability.”

“This contract not only builds our recurring revenue base but also serves as a launchpad for our AI strategy in the IoT sector. By integrating features like predictive maintenance and AI support agents, we are moving beyond simple connectivity to become an intelligent infrastructure partner that actively reduces operational risks for our enterprise clients.”
