ISSUE OF OPTIONS UNDER EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION PLAN
Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) advises that it has today issued a total of 78,490,000 options under its Employee Share Option Plan ( Plan ) in three separate tranches.
The Plan, as outlined in the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 17 May 2023, was approved by shareholders on 19 June 2023 and the options form three new classes of unquoted securities with the following exercise and vesting conditions.

Eligible participants (being employees and consultants of the Company) have accepted the offer of 26,490,000 options, and shareholders approved the issue of 52,000,000 options to directors under the Plan at the Annual General Meeting held on 19 June 2023. Further details regarding the issue of options are set out in the Appendix 3G released today.
