ISSUE AND CANCELLATION OF EMPLOYEE OPTIONS
Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) advises that it has today issued a total of 3,000,000 unlisted options under its Employee Share Option Plan ( Plan ) in three separate tranches.
The options form three new classes of unquoted securities with the following exercise and vesting conditions, and are otherwise issued on the same terms and conditions as the June 2023 options[1] .

The Company also advises that a total of 3,450,000 options previously issued to employees have been cancelled upon cessation of employment.
