NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(E) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) (Company) hereby provides notice to the ASX for the purpose of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that it has issued 29,025,000 ordinary fully paid shares in the Company on 22 August 2018 without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act.

The Company states that:

1. as at the date of this notice, it has complied with:

   • a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company, and

   • b) section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

2. as at the date of this Notice, there is no “excluded information” (as defined in subsection 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
