Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Flexiroam Limited (‘FRX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FRX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 7 February 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Flexiroam limited (the Company) requests a trading halt on its securities effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.
The Company requests a trading halt remain in place until the release of an announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 7 February 2024.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
