DESPATCH OF OFFER DOCUMENT

Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) advises that the offer document dated 6 February 2024 ( Offer Document ) and the personalised entitlement and acceptance form ( Entitlement Form ) in relation to the non-renounceable pro rata entitlement offer of fully paid ordinary shares in Flexiroam (details of which were announced to ASX on 6 February 2024) ( Entitlement Offer ) were despatched to Flexiroam’s eligible shareholders today. In addition, Flexiroam is offering new shares which comprise the shortfall to the Entitlement Offer at the same issue price of $0.023 per share ( Shortfall Offer ).

Eligible shareholders are encouraged to carefully read the Offer Document for further details about the Entitlement Offer and Shortfall Offer. The Offers open today and are currently scheduled to close at 5:00 pm (WST) on Tuesday, 5 March 2024.

Applications may only be made in accordance with the instructions set out on the Entitlement Form. Eligible shareholders can download a copy of the Offer Document and a personalised Entitlement Form during the offer period through the investor portal at https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home.
