Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Flexiroam Limited (‘FRX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FRX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 10 February 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) (the Company) requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities under Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising.

The Company requests a trading halt for two trading days from receipt of this request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Thursday, 10 February 2022.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
