Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Flexiroam Limited (‘FRX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FRX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 November 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Flexiroam Limited (ASX:FRX) (the Company) requests that the ASX grant a trading halt in respect of the Company’s securities under Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising.

The Company requests the trading halt last from the receipt of the request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Friday, 13 November 2020.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request.

This trading halt request has been approved by the Board of Flexiroam Limited.
