FLEXIROAM APPOINTS EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR IN BRAZIL

HIGHLIGHTS

• Flexiroam appoints SipVoice as exclusive distributor for Brazil

• Initial 2-year appointment with option to extend for a further 3 years

• Appointment as distributor covers the balance of the Latin American region on non-exclusive basis

• First order placed by SipVoice for USD$300,000 (approx. A$400,000)

Flexiroam Limited is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Flexiroam Asia Limited, “FLEXIROAM”, has appointed SipVoice Telecom Eireli (“SipVoice”) as its exclusive distributor in Brazil, with the appointment effective for the rest of the Latin American region on a non-exclusive basis.

SipVoice is a substantial telecommunications company in Brazil, specialising in Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) services. It provides state-of-the-art voice solutions based on SIP technology, offering a flexible range of communication products and services to businesses throughout Brazil. SipVoice works heavily with resellers and partners, having over 200 corporate clients under their belt.

The agreement sees SipVoice appointed as the exclusive distributor of Flexiroam X in Brazil for a period of 2 years, with the option to extend the appointment for a further 3 years. SipVoice has placed an initial purchase order with Flexiroam of USD $300,000 for the first quantity of microchips under the agreement. The initial order represents SipVoice’s commitment for the first year of their distributorship, although they anticipate acquiring much higher annual volumes during the first two years of exclusivity as familiarity with the Flexiroam product increases.

The appointment of an established firm such as SipVoice will increase Flexiroam’s visibility in the Latin American region, which has a growing and vibrant outbound travel market. Flexiroam expects to leverage on SipVoice’s presence in Brazil, and more broadly in Latin America, to achieve significant new user growth.
