CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND ESCROWED SECURITIES
Flexiroam Limited (Company) (ASX: FRX) confirm that the following shares have been issued under the Company's Replacement Prospectus dated 15 April 2015:

(a) Public Offer – 46,297,500 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.20 per share; and

(b) Advisor Shares – 2,700,000 fully paid ordinary shares.
The Company confirms that the following options have been issued:

(a) 1,000,000 options to Trident Capital Pty Ltd; and

(b) 2,000,000 options to Zero Nominees Pty Ltd.
