RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
FlexiRoam Limited (ASX: FRX) (“FlexiRoam” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Mr. Christopher Burton has stepped down from his role as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.
Mr. Burton has been a valued member of the Board since his appointment on 18 June 2024. Throughout his tenure, he has provided valuable insights and strategic guidance, playing a role in shaping the Company’s direction and supporting its growth initiatives.
Chairman Mr. Tat Seng Koh also acknowledged Mr. Burton’s contributions, saying:
"Chris has been a dedicated and highly regarded member of the Board, and we are grateful for the time and effort he has invested in FlexiRoam. His insights and experience have been instrumental in guiding the Company’s strategy.
