Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office Address

Flexiroam Limited (the Company) (ASX: FRX) advises that Ms Natalie Teo has been appointed Company Secretary with effect from today.

Ms Teo is a Chartered Secretary and has provided corporate advisory, company secretarial and financial reporting services to both ASX listed and unlisted public companies as well as private companies. She is based in Perth, Western Australia, and is a Senior Company Secretary with Source Governance, a national outsourced company secretary services provider.

Ms Kamille Dietrich has stepped down from the role of Company Secretary with effect from today. The Board wishes to thank Ms Dietrich for her services and contribution to the Company.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Teo will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.

The Company also advises, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.14, that effective today, its registered office will change to: Level 39,152-158 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000. The Company’s principal place of business, postal address and contact numbers remain unchanged.
