Flexiroam Appoints Chief Financial Officer

Flexiroam Limited (the Company) ( ASX: FRX ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Grant Wong as its full-time Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ), effective 1 October 2025.

The appointment secures a proven executive with over 18 years of experience across finance, operations, and capital markets. This is a key strategic appointment that significantly strengthens the Company's leadership as it executes its next phase of growth.

Mr. Wong has been consulting for Flexiroam for the past six months, where his contributions have had a significant and positive impact on the Company’s financial discipline, governance, and commercial strategy.

Background on Mr. Grant Wong

Mr. Wong is a seasoned finance and strategy executive with senior experience across technology, investment banking, and operations. He was previously Head of Finance & Corporate Development at San Francisco–based fintech Credible Labs Inc. (formerly ASX-listed). Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President in the Technology team at Moelis Australia (now MA Financial) and as an Executive at KPMG Corporate Finance. Mr. Wong also brings direct operational expertise as the founder and CEO of a venture-backed fintech startup.
