Change of Company Secretary and Registered Address
Flexiroam Limited (the Company) (ASX: FRX) advises that Ms Kamille Dietrich has been appointed Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately.
Ms Dietrich is an experienced Company Secretary and as a member of Automic Group’s Company Secretary team, Ms Dietrich acts as Company Secretary to ASX listed and unlisted public companies across a range of industries.
Further to this appointment, Ms Natalie Shu Qing Teo will step down as Company Secretary of the Company effective immediately. The Board wishes to thank Ms Teo for her services to the Company.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Dietrich will be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
The Company also advises that pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.14, that effective today, 14 May 2024, the registered address of the Company has changed to: Level 5, 126 Phillip Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
