APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & CHAIR

FlexiRoam Limited (ASX: FRX) (“FlexiRoam”, “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Wee Keat Chan to its Board as a Non-Executive Director (NED), effective immediately. This appointment reinforces the Company’s commitment to enhancing its governance and strategic oversight by bringing on board a highly experienced Australian Director.

Mr. Chan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand with over 30 years of expertise in strategic financial consulting, tax planning, and international business development. He is the founding partner of Bray Chan Chartered Accountants and has extensive experience across sectors such as manufacturing, medical services, and fashion. Mr. Chan’s leadership credentials include significant contributions to not-for-profits, such as his current role as Deputy Chair of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Foundation, and his past presidency with GMN International's Asia Pacific Region.

In conjunction with this appointment, FlexiRoam announces that Mr. Tat Seng Koh will assume the role of Chair of the Board. Mr. Tat Seng has been a valued Non-Executive Director of FlexiRoam and will continue to contribute his significant knowledge of the Company in his new capacity.

Commenting on the appointment, FlexiRoam Founder and Interim CEO Mr. Jefrey Ong said, “Mr. Chan brings substantial business experience and significantly strengthens our corporate governance credentials.
