RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX ) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Tuckyin Choy has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Choy has been a director since May 2019. Flexiroam Chief Executive Officer Marc Barnett said: “The Board thanks Tuckyin for his contributions and his support to his fellow Board members and senior management of the Company over the past two years and wish him well for the future.”

The Board will look to recruit a new non-executive director in the near future, with global experience to support the Company’s growth strategy and expansion into the global Internet of Things space.
