Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX ) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has made key additions to its leadership team, to capture growth opportunities.
Jon Gregory appointed Chief Operating Officer
Jon commences on 1 September 2021 and brings more than 10 years of operations, project management, business development and recruitment experience to Flexiroam, having worked across multiple industries including media, services, technology and the public sector, in Europe and Asia.
Jon was most recently Global Operations Director at iflix, where he successfully built operations across 15 countries in Asia, MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa, leading a team of Senior Managers and Directors. During his tenure he managed key commercial partnerships, optimised iflix’s cost structure and improved processes to enable the business to scale globally.
Before joining iflix, Jon was a Senior Consultant at Bluefin Solutions, where he managed several high-level implementation projects across the FMCG, Transport, Services and Public sectors, in Europe and Asia.
Michael King appointed Chief Technology Officer
Michael commences on 1 January 2022, bringing a wealth of global product technology leadership experience, having led teams across the US, Europe and Asia. Michael has expertise in high availability cloud platforms and enterprise software products in a variety of verticals, as well as extensive experience leading agile, cloud and cultural transformations.
Michael is currently VP of Engineering at Infobip, a global leader in omnichannel mobile communication. He joined Infobip when they acquired OpenMarket where he led their global engineering team and was instrumental in driving platform growth from 2 billion to 7 billion messages per month and supported organic revenue growth of 30% per annum.
Prior to OpenMarket, Michael held senior engineering roles at Ivanti, formerly LANDESK, an industry-leading IT software product company, where he led their IT service management and asset solutions. He also spent a number of years working in Salt Lake City, Utah where the company is headquartered.

Commenting on the additions to the leadership team, Flexiroam Chief Executive Officer Marc Barnett said: “I wanted to build a world class leadership team capable of growing the business to its full potential and executing on the opportunity in front of us.
