APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX ) ( Flexiroam or the Company ) is pleased to announce that Mr Tat Seng Koh, a Non-Executive Director since September 2018, has been re-designated as an Executive Director, with effect from 2 November 2020.
The Board welcomes Mr Koh to the executive team with his extensive experience in corporate finance.
The key terms of Mr Koh’s appointment are as follows:
Role: Executive Director of Flexiroam Limited and its subsidiaries. Commencement and Term: Effective 2 November 2020 for a one-year term, notice period of three months by either party. Total Fixed Remuneration: A fixed cash remuneration package of A$60,000 per annum (subject to annual review). Incentives: It is anticipated that short-term and long-term incentives will be negotiated upon the progression of the Company’s activities.
Other terms of Mr Koh’s employment are consistent with engagements of this type.
Commenting on Mr Koh’s re-designation, the Flexiroam’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Jef Ong, said, “Tat Seng is well-regarded by, and closely connected with business leaders and networks around the Asia-Pacific region and we look forward to his contribution as an Executive Director particularly in corporate activities.”
