APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Tuckyin Choy as a NonExecutive Director of the Company.

Mr Choy has extensive experience in international sales and marketing, currently serving as Global Sales Manager for one of Germany’s largest iron and steel industrial technology companies, a role he has held for more than 10 years. Mr Choy is highly experienced in cross-cultural relationships and communication globally, and brings an analytical and systematic approach to decision making and problem solving. Mr Choy holds a Bachelor of Economics (Accounting) degree from La Trobe University (1992).

Flexiroam Managing Director, Jef Ong welcomes Mr. Choy’s appointment, “We have been searching for another director for some time now and Mr Choy’s marketing experience will be valuable to Flexiroam as it pursues its growth and expansion plans.”

Mr Choy is considered by the Board to be independent. An Appendix 3X for Mr Choy will follow this announcement.
