RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Flexiroam Ltd (Flexiroam) advises that Dato’ Larry Gan has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company for personal reasons. His resignation is effective from 30 September 2019.
Managing Director Jef Ong said “Dato Larry joined the Company’s Board in November 2015 and has provided valuable corporate and industry experience to the Board during his time with the Company, as well as leadership, support and advice to the Company and myself. The Board would like to thank Dato’ Larry for his significant contribution to Flexiroam and wish him well for the future”.
