APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Flexiroam Limited (ASX: FRX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ong Thian Choy (David) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Ong is founder and president of the Reapfield Group, which he started in 1984. Today Reapfield Properties is one of the leading real estate agencies in Malaysia, and has been an anchoring brand name in the industry, with a network of more than 600 real estate agents in Malaysia.
Flexiroam Managing Director, Jef Ong welcomed Mr Ong’s appointment, “David is a person known to many as a man who believes in strong leadership and excellence of character. His decades of experience in building a substantial business empire, incorporating strong business management structures, systems and support, will be of great assistance to our Board as we continue our development.”
Mr Ong is a significant shareholder of the Company and is not considered by the Board to be independent. An Appendix 3X for Mr Ong will follow this announcement.
